About the Role

You are a problem solver with technical and strategic leadership skills working across Privileged Access Management. You have knowledge that spans both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevSecOps toolchains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting and offering hands-on deep technical solutions across PAM and CyberArk implementations, patterns, and configurations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Privileged Access Management.
  • Proactively monitoring the platform's systems and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Participating in Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
  • Responding to and troubleshooting incidents related to the platform and related systems.
  • Mentoring and training other IT professionals on the use and administration of the CyberArk platform and related systems.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
  • Overseeing and reviewing configurations that are being deployed into the platform leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk.
  • Ability to articulate business value through visualization tools and applicable data points.
  • Passion for automation, orchestration, and leaving nothing to be manual.
  • CyberArk accreditation and/or certifications.
  • Proficient working in an Agile, high-paced operations team.
  • Experience with ITIL methodologies including incident, request, problem, and change management.
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux/Unix Server Administration experience.
Desirable
  • Understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud technology and entitlement management.
  • Previous expertise in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, TeamCity, and GitHub.
