Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Network Operations Center (TAC) support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our enterprise and service-provider customers.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Complete intensive training in networking technologies, including Routing & Switching, Enterprise & Service Provider Networking, and Network Security.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents for end-customers under guidance.
  • Documentation: Document issues and resolutions clearly in both English and Japanese.
  • Cross-Tier Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-tier teams (Tier 1–3) and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Fundamental Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts: OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching.
  • Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with command-line interfaces and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (written and spoken), demonstrated by JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
