- Maintain accurate forecasts and align production plans with business objectives.
- Manage demand and supply for assigned product categories across multiple global markets.
The Role Involves:
- Developing and maintaining rolling 18-month forecasts using Excel and S&OP inputs.
- Leading demand planning meetings to ensure alignment across Commercial, Marketing, and Production teams.
- Coordinating weekly replenishment orders based on forecasted demand and production capacity.
- Liaising with factories and suppliers to communicate forecast changes and ensure timely delivery.
- Tracking and owning key performance indicators including DIFOT, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels.
- Providing support for New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) planning.
- Partnering with Finance to provide accurate SKU volumes for revenue forecasting and business planning.
- Driving process improvements across forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain systems.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in demand/supply planning, preferably within the retail or furniture sectors.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and detail-driven abilities, with a proven track record of interpreting and acting on large data sets.
- Experience leading or contributing to demand planning reviews and capacity planning processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
- Able to thrive in collaborative environments and work effectively with teams across time zones.
