Merchandising Specialist

The role of a Merchandising Specialist involves the execution of visual merchandising plans to maximise brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  2. Execute planograms accurately, adhering to product placement strategies and meeting business objectives.
  3. Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking of products is required for optimal display and stock replenishment.
  4. Utilise mobile technology to submit tasks and quality photos in a timely manner, providing valuable insights into on-floor activities.
  5. Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times, upholding the values of integrity and excellence.
  6. Exercise effective communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail to ensure the successful execution of daily tasks.
  7. Work autonomously while maintaining a team-focused mindset, fostering collaboration and driving collective success.
