We're on the lookout for a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to support our Queensland store network in a part-time role. If you have a passion for styling, premium presentation, and want flexibility without stepping back from your craft — this is the perfect opportunity.
**Description**:
As our Part-Time Visual Merchandiser, you'll work closely with the QLD Territory VM Manager and store teams to bring the M.J. Bale brand to life through impactful visual merchandising and styling.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Executing visual merchandising guidelines across multiple stores
Styling mannequins, windows, and floor layouts with premium precision
Supporting campaign rollouts and key trade periods (e.g. sale, gifting, new season)
Ensuring consistent in-store brand presentation and visual standards
Providing support and guidance to store teams on styling and VM best practice
Submitting visual feedback and photos to head office for reporting and alignment
Participating in store visits across Brisbane and surrounding areas
This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for someone looking to maintain a career in VM with part-time flexibility.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:
1-2+ years' experience in visual merchandising (fashion or lifestyle retail preferred)
Strong eye for styling, colour, spatial awareness, and product presentation
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Excellent time management and communication skills
Confidence working collaboratively with store teams and retail leaders
Proficiency in Outlook and basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel as needed
A genuine interest in premium menswear and brand storytellin
