The Visual Merchandiser / Retail Sales Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a crucial role in creating an inviting and visually appealing retail environment while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

- Executing visual merchandising strategies to showcase M.J. Bale products and maintain brand standards
- Creating eye-catching displays and arranging merchandise to highlight key promotions and product features
- Collaborating with the store management team to implement seasonal changes and new product launches
- Assisting customers with product selection, providing styling advice, and delivering personalized shopping experiences
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience
- Supporting sales goals by actively engaging with customers, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive sales culture
- Monitoring inventory levels and participating in stock management activities as needed
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and best practices for operational excellence

- Experience in visual merchandising and retail sales
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques

- Prior experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
- Familiarity with using POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
