We are looking for a highly skilled IT solutions expert to join our team. As a leading company in the digital era, we offer a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of our customers.

Job Description
  • Support the regional team by introducing ICT products and communicating effectively;
  • Collaborate with clients and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements;
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and client needs, and communicate information to appropriate internal stakeholders;
  • Build Proof of Concept Solutions;
  • Resolve technical challenges identified in field operations;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the highest standards of SLA;
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize IT equipment;
  • Evaluate commercial customer satisfaction in all verticals;
  • Report technical information to HQ for product and software support improvements;
  • Prepare and attend regular service review meetings with Account Management teams and commercial clients;
  • Establish training materials, agenda, and conduct technical training for clients;
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT hardware solutions is essential;
  • Microsoft and Google deployment services (Autopilot, Pre-deployment, Zero touch enrolment, DFCI, SCCM package customisation and verification)
  • Intune management (Device and App management, Policy deployment, End point security, etc)
  • Windows SOE/MOE customisation and verification
  • Absolute Persistence 2.0 in UEFI
  • Bios management and Firmware updates
  • Other technical solutions
Experience and Skill Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in IT help desk, MSP, IT administration, or hardware repair;
  • Product Demonstrations: deliver detailed product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits;
  • Customer Training: conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their understanding and usage of products;
  • Technical Support: provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring successful implementation and integration of company products;
  • Feedback Collection: gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development, service team, to drive continuous improvement;
  • Documentation: create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures;
  • Proof of concept solutions.
