Customer Service Representative

This role is perfect for individuals who are friendly, motivated, and enjoy working with customers to provide a seamless experience.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will assist customers inside and outside our center with U-Haul products and services.
  • Responsibilities include managing rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology, moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, preparing rental invoices, accepting equipment returned from rental, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane, and driving a forklift.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
