Key Responsibilities

- Identify patterns or common issues and contribute to finding solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and provide assistance when needed
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of life insurance products and systems
Requirements
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping customers and possess a professional phone manner
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is desirable
