We are a leading financial services firm seeking a high-performing Finance Business Analyst to drive key transformation initiatives.

This is a high-profile finance transformation initiative shaping the future capabilities of our organization. Our goal is to transform and improve our business processes, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.

  • As a Finance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining business requirements to support various transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define solution milestones, perform detailed gap analysis across the scope of the projects, and identify root cause issues causing business complexities.

Your responsibilities will include production of detailed Finance Requirement Documentation, solution testing, and training of finance SMEs transitioning transformation outcomes to BAU process.

  • We are looking for a candidate with CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
  • A strong finance background before transitioning to a BA position in project delivery is highly regarded.
  • A working background in financial services is also essential.
  • Proven experience as a finance business analyst delivering requirements gathering and documenting requirements is required.
  • Experience working within an Agile delivery environment is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to technology projects or regulatory projects will be highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail is also crucial.
