About You
">As the manager – affordable housing, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, residents, and community organisations. You will have excellent customer service skills; responding to resident and family enquiries and complaints ensuring the properties are well presented and meet safety and security standards.
">Requirements
">- Previous experience in Affordable Housing, Social work, or Healthcare sector.
- Ability to lead and manage the operations of multiple Affordable Housing communities.
- Experience developing and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive change.
- Qualification in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
