Leadership Role: Head of Operations - Housing and Property

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight across housing services, tenancy management, asset management, and real estate advisory functions.

As the Head of Operations – Housing & Property, you will be accountable for leading the delivery of high-quality housing services, managing a diverse portfolio of assets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams and driving transformational change. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service excellence, financial performance, and long-term asset stewardship.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering operational and strategic outcomes in complex environments;
  • Experience in governance, regulation, and compliance, with expertise in navigating complex legal frameworks;
  • Operational and asset management experience, ideally across portfolios of 500+ assets;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
  • Ability to inspire and develop teams through change and transformation.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have existing experience within the social housing sector, with a proven track record of delivering operational and strategic outcomes in complex environments.
