Hospital Locum Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical hospital locum services will be provided by a qualified pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical pharmacy and operational support services on a rotational basis across all areas of the pharmacy service.
- Enhance effective patient flow within the organisation by working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Promote optimal pharmacotherapy for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve patient care.
- Support the Clinical Pharmacist Team Leaders and the Deputy Directors of Pharmacy to drive team excellence and achievement.
- Registration as a pharmacist with the Australia Pharmacy Board (AHPRA) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1+ years' experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacotherapy and a proven ability to apply this knowledge to promote quality use of medicines.
