Pharmacy Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will be based in a public hospital located 1.5 hours north-west of Melbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist to gain valuable experience and contribute to the effective delivery of healthcare services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide pharmacy support services, including clinical advice and operational assistance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of pharmacotherapy and promote quality use of medicines.
Requirements:
  • A current registration with the Australia Pharmacy Board (AHPRA).
  • Relevant hospital experience, preferably with iPharmacy dispensing systems.
  • Sound knowledge of pharmacology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a 40-hour working week.
