Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365 Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia.

About the Role:

This role involves participating in discovery workshops with customers, providing technical feasibility, and offering thought leadership on various requirements. The successful candidate will create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules based on project needs and deliver high-quality code deliverables.

  • Create Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
  • Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include creating plugins, workflows, and working with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault. The ideal candidate should be able to lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances and work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the technology landscape and be able to guide a team. A tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
