Job Title: Senior Director, People and Performance

About the Role:

This is a challenging and broad-ranging position that involves shaping high performance and healthy workplaces. As a key member of the Directorate's workforce, you will lead a team supporting approximately 1,500 staff on employment matters.

Your responsibilities will include providing advice and support to executives and supervisors on people management, such as performance, behaviour, attendance, flexible work, injury management, recruitment, and other employment practices and policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable having difficult conversations, possess excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, and have personal resilience. You will also need to be a strategic thinker with sound stakeholder management and communication skills, and an ability to take a risk-based, pragmatic approach.
