Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a children's educational service.

About the Role

This position involves driving centre excellence, utilisation and quality while being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and facility management.

The successful candidate will lead, inspire and mentor a large team of educators to foster an inclusive, supportive and friendly environment for children, families and staff.

A strong connection with the local community is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the ECEC service.
  • Drive centre excellence and utilisation.
  • Be hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and facility management.
  • Lead and inspire a large team of educators.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Previous experience as a Centre Director at an exceeding level.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • A Current WWC and Child Protection Certificate.
  • First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
