Occupational Therapy Lead for Paediatric Services

About the RoleThis Senior Occupational Therapist position requires strong clinical and leadership skills, with experience in working with NDIS participants and diverse client groups. You will be responsible for co-managing clients with other health professionals, providing high-quality service to complex clients, and contributing to team culture and success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small, mixed caseload of complex clients, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills
- Co-manage clients through clinical collaboration with other practitioners
- Provide mentoring and leadership to junior and new graduate OTs
- Participate in professional development pathways to progress knowledge and clinical skills
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Weekly supervision sessions with an experienced supervisor
- Access to modern technology, including work mobile phones, iPads, and VR headsets
- Cloud-based software and automation tools to reduce administrative tasks
- Community access and travel reimbursement options
- Full AHPRA registration as an OT
- Experience working with NDIS participants and diverse clients
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior/graduate occupational therapists
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $85,000 and $127,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
