Key Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling with current registration
  • Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Critical incident experience and workplace intervention strategies to handle complex situations
  • Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling EAP services to organizational clients
