Job Title: Site Manager or Supervisor Residential

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our construction projects and oversee the delivery of high-quality homes.

  • The ideal candidate will have a trade background in carpentry or similar field, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in volume/production residential construction.
About This Role:

This is a dynamic position that requires someone who can manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously, ensure timely delivery of homes and facilities, maintain high standards of quality and safety, make informed decisions quickly, and foster strong relationships with contractors and labourers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, coordinate tasks, and manage resources effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Decision Making: Make swift and informed decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with contractors and labourers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Trade Background: A trade background in carpentry or similar field is essential for this role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this position.
  • Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are necessary to build trust with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience: Proven experience in volume/production residential construction is essential.
  • Certifications: QBCC Supervisor Licence is required for this role.
