Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Residential Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled construction professional who can provide strategic leadership, drive results-oriented initiatives, and foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
  • Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
  • Proven track record of managing sites efficiently while prioritizing Health and Safety protocols
  • Detailed understanding of OH&S principles, qualifications preferred
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong ability to take ownership and deliver results
  • Trade background in carpentry or a related field is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in making informed decisions quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A leader by example who values teamwork, accountability, and quality
  • Highly competent in IT and software applications, particularly Onsite Companion
