We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the construction of high-end residential communities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production/volume residential construction and hold a relevant industry certification. They will be responsible for ensuring each contractor is ready, scheduled, and productive, allowing trades to move seamlessly from one house to the next.

  • Site Management:
  • Scheduling and coordination via digital tools
  • Managing contractors, labourers, and plant operators

The successful candidate will possess strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to make quick, informed decisions and problem-solve on the go.
