About the Role

Roshana Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounts to join its Executive Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the accounting, finance, and payroll functions, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the alignment of finance activities with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting, finance, and payroll teams to ensure timely and efficient financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective financial planning and budgeting processes to support business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert financial advice to the CEO, Board, and Department Heads, including the preparation of management and Board reports.
  • Oversee the management of facilities leased and owned by the Care Group, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive budget planning processes, including forecasting, KPI planning, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as Head of Accounts or similar in the Aged Care sector.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; professional qualification such as CFA/CMA/CA/ACCA required.
  • Experience in Care System or any other similar accounting software.
  • Strong excel skills and process-driven approach.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
