As part of our mission to provide homelessness services across the country, we offer supports to adults and families with accompanying children. Our Case Managers work closely with clients to achieve housing stability, improve social inclusion, and gain skills to sustain tenancy and lead fulfilling lives.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Full-time Max Term position, you will have the chance to work with a values-driven team in Caboolture, Queensland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients to achieve housing stability and improved social inclusion.
  • Provide case management support in both community and residential settings.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Community Services or Social Work.
  • Relevant experience in a social service environment including client assessment and case management.
  • A current Queensland Drivers License.
  • Valid Queensland Employee Working with Children Check.
