Cyber Risk and Response Leader

The role of Cyber Risk and Response leader involves the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational resilience within a regulated population, focusing on cyber and technology risk management.
This position is a member of the leadership team, responsible for the strategic uplift and core supervision outcomes in a pooled resourcing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading entity and industry-wide cyber and operational incident responses
- Delivering cyber resilience uplift activities, including guidance and expert support for future policy development
- Providing strategic risk insights and advice to executive leaders on key issues relating to cyber, technology, and data risk management
- Leading a team of professionals to deliver strategic uplift and core supervision outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong leadership and management capabilities are essential for this role. Experience in a leadership capacity within the financial services sector, along with excellent organisational, prioritisation, analytical, and communication skills, are also required.
