About our ideal candidate:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cyber risk management and information security. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to senior leaders, interpreting legislation and regulations, and implementing relevant frameworks related to information security, technology governance, and data governance.
Responsibilities
Providing expert advice and support in designing policies, frameworks, and interpreting legislation and regulations.
Assisting the Chief Risk Officer and responsible committees in implementing relevant frameworks that align with the organisation's risk appetite and position.
Keeping up to date with industry best practices and translating complex technical issues into clear business-focused insights for senior stakeholders.
Offering guidance on regulatory engagement and fostering a strong risk management culture.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
In-depth knowledge of cyber risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and standards.
Experience in Cyber Risk and/or Information Security Management or related functions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams.
Outcome-focused with the ability to drive oneself and others to achieve desired ends efficiently.
