Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a high-performing team focused on resident-centric service, reliability, empathy, connection and professionalism.
  • Implement procedures that will improve operations, driving the property's financial growth by maximising income, exceeding targets, and leasing strategies to reduce vacancies and increase renewals.
  • Ensure effective operational and revenue management to meet and exceed annual NOI budgets.
  • Oversee all property operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, high standards of presentation and positive impact across the asset.
  • Execute mobilisation efforts to ensure a seamless launch and flawless operational kick-off.
  • Act as the main liaison between leadership, clients, and partners to ensure fluid communication.
Working Environment

This development is situated at the centre of Zetland's warehousing industry and features a six-level mixed-use property with 135 residences. The property boasts a sophisticated range of lifestyle amenities including a fully equipped gym, co-working spaces, library, yoga lawn and communal terrace.

About You

You will possess a strong understanding of commercial acumen, rental market dynamics, pricing strategies, and resident engagement. As a strong leader, you will inspire teams, excel in communication, problem-solving, and deliver high-end customer service experiences.

  • Detail orientated and results-driven, with a commitment to exceeding targets and performance indicators.
  • Ability to lead with empathy, connection and develop a joyful environment for your team and residents.
  • Experience in building management – Understanding stakeholder interactions and requirements to create a safe environment.
  • Understanding of legislation.
  • Valid Full Real Estate Licence.
  • Proven leasing experience in the residential, commercial, and/or retail property sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and exceed KPI's.
  • Strong financial acumen with a sharp eye for performance and profitability.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Valid National Police Check.
