Job Summary

Transportation experts are in high demand, and this role is at the forefront of logistical operations. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport consignments across metro and regional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage allocation and scheduling of transport consignments to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Maintain close communication with drivers to guarantee on-time performance and confirm deliveries.
  • Ensure all logistics processes adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations, including driver training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues.
  • Assist with time-slot bookings, audits, and operational support.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers to manage expectations.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DIFOT, CoD, utilization, and cost-per-cube metrics.
Requirements
  • A process-driven individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for logistics.
  • Higher school certificate or equivalent; a certificate in logistics or related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a transportation, warehousing, or logistics coordination role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of transportation operations and CoR compliance obligations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.
