The role of Operational Support Officer is a critical part of ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills to provide administrative support to the Asphalt & Products operational line of businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office operations, manage meetings, travel, and accommodation, as well as cover reception duties and oversee staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Accurately input financial and operational data into the ERP system, including invoicing, procurement, inventory management, and month-end activities.
- Process transactions correctly, manage accounts payable, and ensure job costing data is entered and maintained accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, cost allocation, purchase orders, and supplier/subcontractor payments are processed efficiently.
- Support data integrity, contribute to financial performance reviews, and meet month-end deadlines.
