**Tin Operations Supervisor**

The Renison mine is a high yield tin producer with a strong resource base supporting a mine life in excess of 10 years. Located on Tasmania's beautiful West Coast, the mine is situated between the towns of Zeehan and Rosebery.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Mining Operations Supervisor to lead and manage safe and efficient mining activities at our Renison site. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that mining activities align with production plans, budgets, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a strong commitment to safety, ensuring the highest standards of safe work practices are followed at all times
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the mining team, helping to achieve operational objectives and career development goals
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the mining site, including overseeing production, resource allocation, and equipment usage
  • Developing and implementing effective mine plans, coordinating with technical services, geology, and other departments to optimise performance
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards

To succeed in this role, you will have significant experience in mining operations and leadership. You will have a strong understanding of safety protocols, mining processes, and industry regulations, coupled with a proven ability to manage teams and ensure efficient, safe mining activities.
