  • Permanent full time role offering up to $50/hr + super

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will support the delivery of allied health services and programs in an aged care setting (individual and group). You will work as an extension of multidisciplinary teams supporting residents to achieve their wellness goals and clinical needs.

We are looking for staff that share our drive and think outside the box in the way we deliver wellness initiatives. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

  • Relevant degree qualification
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
  • Deliver rehabilitation, re-enablement and pain management programs
  • Deliver falls education and prevention initiatives
  • Contribute to accurate clinical documentation
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews
