About The Role
This is an opportunity to join a supportive and motivated Physiotherapy and extended Chronic Care Team in a large regional health service.

You will be the Senior Chronic Care Physiotherapist in Dubbo Hospital Physiotherapy Department providing high-level physiotherapy care for patients in class, clinic, and other inpatient and outpatient settings. You will demonstrate advanced skills in assessing and caring for chronic respiratory and cardiac conditions. Additionally, you will provide general acute clinical care, discharge planning, clinical supervision, and support for junior colleagues and students, as well as advising colleagues across the district in your areas of expertise.

You will have support from experienced senior clinicians, and will be involved in planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on services. You will also identify, develop, and lead quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality and consistent care.
