Recovery Expert

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Recovery Expert to join our team.

This role involves managing a portfolio of late-stage recoveries using effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding balances.

  • Work directly with customers and third parties, such as solicitors and field agents.
  • Manage high volumes of calls and negotiate payment arrangements and settlements while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with third parties, including field agents and solicitors, and adhere to all relevant legislative and internal policy guidelines.
  • Assess financial hardship applications and find suitable resolutions.

  • At least one year of experience in a financial services recovery role is required.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and handle objections when negotiating.
  • A positive attitude and strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position with a flexible hybrid work model that allows for remote work one day a week.
