As a game-changer in the industry, you will combine deep commercial acumen with visionary thinking to shape the future of our Chilled and Bakery categories. We are seeking an exceptional leader who can drive category growth and innovation across our portfolio.

This leadership position involves taking full ownership of driving business expansion and strategic planning. You will challenge the status quo, develop plans grounded in consumer insight and market data, forge strong partnerships with our supply base, and collaborate across the enterprise to deliver exceptional results.

The role requires proven experience in category management or buying within the fresh food sector (retail or supplier-side), as well as a track record of driving transformation, innovation, and strong commercial results.

You must have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, an analytical mindset with a creative edge, and a passion for fresh food and the evolving needs of today's customer.
