We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team at Regency Park. As a key member of our management team, you will lead and motivate a team of rental store technicians to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate a Team - Effectively supervise and manage a team of rental store technicians to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Training and Development - Ensure all team members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication - Maintain open lines of communication with team members, management, and customers.
  • Safety Assurance - Develop, implement, and monitor safety plans for all work carried out.
  • Audit and Compliance - Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a rental, construction, or industrial environment would be an advantage.
  • Relevant trade qualification essential (Heavy Vehicle, Light Vehicle, Auto Electrical trades encouraged to apply).
  • Current and valid driver's license and High-risk Forklift license essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time permanent role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, located at Regency Park.
