Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability, implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff, manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities, generous employee discounts, ample opportunities for personal and professional development, and a vibrant and fun work environment where fashion rules.
