Digital Project Manager

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing end-to-end digital design and production projects. This role involves working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure fast and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects from briefing through to final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brief requirements and are reviewed against feedback before sharing externally.
- Coordinate and manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
- 5+ years' experience in digital project management within a digital or creative production environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients in a collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
This is a hands-on delivery role with a focus on process excellence, ensuring quality control at every stage. The ideal candidate will be familiar with tools such as Figma, Google Slides, and PDF review workflows.
Working Conditions:- Full-time role.
- Based in Sydney.
- Must be able to work onsite at our office.
