Team Leader - Family Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to lead our family support workers and practitioners within an integrated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing casework services in the health or welfare sector and have demonstrated staff supervision and leadership skills.

About the Opportunity

The Team Leader - Family Services leads a team that supports families in Ballarat and Horsham locations. The position is responsible for facilitating delivery of effective high-quality services and outcomes to clients.

Responsibilities include assisting day-to-day operations, supervision, and reporting in line with service agreements and organisational expectations. Develop and lead a highly competent, engaged, and passionate professional team.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in social work or community development
  • Relevant experience in human services, welfare, or social services role

  • Demonstrated staff supervision and leadership skills
