Customer Service and Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to all customers
  • Maximize sales by providing the latest product and service information to our customers
  • Achieve sales and performance targets
  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective communication skills
  • The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous
