  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles\
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication\
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance\
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement\
  • Make informed decisions that drive business success and align with company values\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve performance\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies\
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and files as required\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management\

  • Identify and develop succession plans for key roles\
  • Drive innovation and creativity to stay ahead of the competition\
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution\
  • Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company procedures\
  • Conduct regular team meetings, providing feedback, coaching, and recognition\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders\
  • Represent the company at external events, conferences, and networking functions\
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders\
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales\
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure accurate tracking and analysis\
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development sessions for staff\
  • Schedule and manage shifts, rosters, and leave requests to meet business needs\
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes\
  • Liaise with HR, IT, and other departments to resolve technical issues and provide support\
