Job Description

We're seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Rockingham, WA. As a key member of our #GhandaGang, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of up to 15 team members and driving the Ghanda values
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Liaising with the Stock Allocator to manage stock levels and maximize return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and team compliance
About You

We're looking for someone with demonstrated leadership experience, who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values. You should think customer first, nail the fundamentals, and take retail seriously. Experience in a retail/hospitality role is a plus, but not a requirement.
