About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to end-users of our clients' products. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling technicians for onsite work, selecting spare parts, and following up on completed service orders.

  • Scheduling technicians for onsite work
  • Spare parts selection and ordering
  • Follow-up of completed open service orders
  • Monitoring open service orders weekly

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support as required
  2. Work with responsible technicians/department for appropriate action

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and task-focused team player with good communication skills and ability to manage time, prioritize, and multitask. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
