About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the operations team in maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery
  • Coordinating and scheduling staff and contractors as required
  • Ensuring all work incidents and requests are logged and completed in a timely manner
  • Validating driver's license and proven experience with equipment operation
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to industry-related health and safety regulations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Transporting equipment and supplies to job sites

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in cleaning or managing cleaning contractors
  • Confidence in periodical cleaning and equipment operation - windows, scrubbers, water-fed poles, carpets, steam cleaning etc.
  • Self-starter with initiative, excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Covid-19 and Flu vaccination
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current National Records Police Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence
