As a leading provider of innovative aerospace products, we enable our customers to perform critical missions, including emergency medical retrieval, search and rescue, aerial policing, and disaster relief. In line with our strategic plan, we're growing nationally and globally, seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team.
The OpportunityWe're committed to supporting local communities by providing work experience opportunities for high school students interested in aerospace, aviation, design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
You'll have the chance to work alongside our experienced engineering team, designing and printing items using CAD software and 3D printers. This hands-on experience will help you better understand the workforce options available to you and inspire you to pursue relevant high school electives ahead of tertiary education.
What We ExpectTo get the most out of your work experience, we look for students who are curious, self-driven, and eager to learn. Good listening skills, a healthy curiosity, and a positive attitude are essential. You should be willing to apply yourself and take initiative with assigned tasks.
We strive to make your experience engaging and enriching, but please be aware that our team can be busy at times. Therefore, we appreciate respectful awareness of their workload.
Requirements- You must be in year 10 or above.
- Have a strong passion for aviation, aerospace, design, engineering, and/or manufacturing.
- Obtain permission and necessary paperwork from your school.
- Submit a CV as part of your application.
- Our usual work experience hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
- Students need to wear long pants, enclosed shoes, and an appropriate shirt (collared for male students).
- Students need to bring their own lunch.
