Job Title

This role is a key part of our Technical Innovation team, providing technical support to internal teams, distributors, and customers. It requires close collaboration with various departments.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply. They will also have strong presentation and training skills for individuals and groups, as well as high attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking.

  • Support the development and delivery of practical and technical training to new and existing customers, distributors, and staff from our locations across Australia.
  • Ensure information and training content is technically accurate.
  • Collaborate and support the development of technical and installation literature, documentation, and educational displays.
  • Design, detail, and build prototypes for testing and demonstration purposes.
  • Roll out new products and system upgrades.
  • Support the Innovation team in developing new products and construction systems for application in Australia.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, distributors, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Document and track customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create engaging, science-based technical content and collateral.
  • Contribute to the ongoing compliance and relevance of marketing materials.
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values.
