Job Title: Construction Documentation Specialist


Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for construction documentation?

We are seeking an experienced Construction Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and complete construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
  • Liaise and coordinate with project design/construction teams, external consultants, and site personnel
  • Ensure timely production of construction documents, meeting project deadlines
  • Deliver multiple design stages, including concept development, drafting, and finalization
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, working in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in the use of Revit software and other relevant tools
  • Experience lodging CC and CDC applications
  • Prior experience working for a head contractor delivering new-build construction projects is highly desirable
