Job Title: Community Development Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of community hubs and supported playgroups.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in community development, social science, and early childhood services. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop cooperative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build capacity and skills of Hume Community Hubs Supported Playgroup Facilitators
- Solve issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring all parties are satisfied with outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
- Other tasks as required by the Manager or other managers within the organisation.
