Senior Legal Operations Specialist

This is a unique chance to be part of a high-performing and collegiate team within a global AI-driven LegalTech organisation. As a quasi-legal role, you will support the legal and operational needs of an AI platform as it expands in Australia and scales internationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and test the AI legal research platform for accuracy and relevance to legal professionals.
- Verify AI-generated legal content in collaboration with external lawyers across key areas such as wills & estates, commercial, and litigation.
- Conduct structured user testing, gather insights from clients and integration partners, and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Demonstrate the platform for client-facing teams and prospective users.
- Provide input on content, product development, and market positioning to the executive team.
- Collaborate with integration partners, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and trusted client experience.
- At least 8-10 years post-qualification experience.
- Commercial or operations experience is highly desirable.
- Background in wills & estates, commercial law, or commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the legal market, LegalTech, and preferably an understanding of AI, with exposure to legal tech stacks in the market.
- Demonstrated commercial and operational mindset, with client-facing experience highly advantageous.
