As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence by analyzing designated process areas, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely execution of operational tasks, coordinating events, analyzing data to identify root causes of errors and exceptions, and providing recommended solutions and process improvements.

You will develop and implement corrective processes to address errors/exceptions and reduce their occurrence, contribute to project-related tasks such as testing, and provide insights during the development of new initiatives.

Operational process enhancement directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty, streamlining processes reduces errors and boosts productivity, leading to improved performance.

A proven track record in similar Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst or Billing Analyst roles within the Energy Industry is essential.

Key qualifications include strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau (or similar) for data analysis, reconciliations, and modeling, and excellent communication skills.
