Electrical Maintenance Manager Job Description

This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role and rebuild a maintenance function from scratch.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a multi-trade maintenance team (electrical, mechanical, infrastructure) at a major manufacturing site. Your key focus areas will include managing contractors, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, and overseeing site safety systems.

Your goal will be to improve CMMS systems and partner with senior leaders on plant upgrades and major capital projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need proven leadership experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

You should have a background in shift-based or 24/7 production environments.

A strong focus on workplace health and safety is essential, as well as the ability to manage both tradespeople and external contractors effectively.
